Timing

Please arrive on time to allow for smooth seating and to avoid disruptions during the ceremony. Ushers will be available to assist upon arrival.

Dress code

Modest formal attire is requested
Ladies are kindly encouraged to wear outfits with long sleeves, long skirts or dresses and to bring a headscarf for when inside the Masjid.
Gentleman are encouraged to dress neatly and modestly.

House Rules

Shoes are not allowed inside the Masjid as it is a place of prayer and worship. We want to maintain the cleanliness as it is an important part of Islamic practice. To help maintain cleanliness, bins have been placed within reach around the venue. We kindly ask that guests dispose of any rubbish thoughtfully. If any spills or accidents occur, please inform one of the ushers so the area can be cleaned promptly and the space remains comfortable for everyone. Designated shoe stands will be available before the entrance for your convenience.

Children

Guests with children are kindly asked to supervise them at all times for their safety and welbeing. As the event will be held within a prayer space, we appreciate your support in maintaining a calm and respectful environment.

Food

All food and drinks provided wil be halal.

Photography

Photos are welcome, but please be considerate of others’ privacy. If you wish to take photos of people, kindly ask for their permission first. As there will be children present, please ensure you have the parent or guardian’s consent before photographing them.

Parking

Parking is located behind the Masjid. Enter through Rosebank Lane and the Ushers will guide you to the car park. We kindly asks guests not to park in Gate 5 as it is reserved for staff of Westall SC and infront of the local shops.
